New Products: Proteome Sciences, Meso Scale Discovery

Premium

Proteome Sciences had released its new β-amyloid mass spec workflow for quantification of Aβ species in cerebrospinal fluid.

The workflow is intended for research use and early stage clinical trial work and can detect and quantify 14 different Aβ species above 0.5 ng/ml with coefficients of variation of less than 20 percent, the company said.

Meso Scale Discovery has launched its V-PLEX biomarker tests, a line of validated immunoassays for clinical research.

Based on MSD's electrochemiluminescence Multi-Array technology, the assays focus on emerging biomarkers typically not available on traditional diagnostics platforms, the company said.
