Thermo Fisher this week launched its new Pierce TiO2 Phosphopeptide Enrichment and Clean-Up Kit for the preparation of phosphoprotein samples for mass spec analysis.

The kit includes reagents for 24 samples including TiO2 Spin Tips, which the company said can recover up to 300 micrograms of phosphopeptide with greater than 90 percent selectivity.

AMS Biotechnology this week announced it now offers over 4,000 full length affinity-purified human proteins expressed in HEK293 cells and derived using human cDNA clones.

All proteins are guaranteed to be greater than 80 percent pure and are available in small trial sizes with rapid development of larger quantities also available, the company said.
