New England Peptides this week launched its contract-based PepCRO service for customers who need expertise in peptide process feasibility, characterization, or design.

PepCRO is the first service of its kind on the market, and allows customers to enter into short- or long-term contracts "where resources are committed to their peptide research and development project," NEP, based in Gardner, Mass., said in a statement.
