Advanced Proteome Therapeutics said this week that Kenneth Phillippe has become the firm’s CFO.

Phillippe replaces Alexander Krantz who had served as CFO since October 2006. Krantz will remain president, CEO and secretary of APT.

Phillipe has served as CFO of Exchequer Resource and CFO and secretary of Bold Ventures. He also held positions as director and officer of Urodynamix Technologies; CFO of Columbia Goldfields; and secretary, treasurer, CFO, and principal accounting officer of Amazon Goldsands and Constitution Mining.
