German biotech firm Scil Proteins announced this week the appointment of Andreas Menrad, Jurgen Wahl, and Ranier Kroell to its advisory board.
Menrad is vice president of antibody therapeutics at Genzyme's European research site in Cambridge, UK. Previously he was Genzyme's director of research and development and the director of antibody engineering and anti-angiogenesis research at Schering.
Wahl is the former head of biotech production at Roche where he worked for 22 years.
Kroell is the co-founder of GKK Partners, a Munich-based tax consultation and auditing firm.
