Dominic Moorhead was this week named president of European operations for Caris Life Sciences. In the new role Moorhead will be responsible for heading the company's expansion into Europe, which involves plans for a headquarters initially located in Lausanne, Switzerland, and a laboratory network across the continent supporting partnerships with prominent research institutions, universities and hospitals, the company said in a statement.

Previously, Moorhead was chief financial officer at Roche Pharmaceuticals.
