ThermoGenesis has named Robin Stracey to its board of directors, replacing Mahendra Rao who has resigned in order to take a position at the National Institutes of Health.

Stracey is the president and CEO of Cantimer. Previously he was CEO of Applied Imaging, a medical devices company that is now a part of Danaher. He was also vice president and general manager of chromatography and mass spectrometry at Thermo Fisher Scientific.
