Monarch Life Sciences to Offer GeneGo's Proteomics Data Services as Add-On

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) — Monarch Life Sciences will offer GeneGo proteomics data services as an add-on to its biomarker services under a new agreement, GeneGo said today.

GeneGo said its 1-2-3 Workflow uploads proteomics data, compares datasets, identifies common and unique datasets, analyzes diseases, canonical pathways and functional processes, and calculates relevant networks of hub proteins.

GeneGo intends this workflow as a way to “adapt our functional data analysis technology for occasional users, which means automation and ease of use,” Julie Byrant, vice president of business development, said in a statement.
