James Merryweather, Rodney Gonsalves, Hilliard Terry

Ciphergen announced the resignation of James Merryweather as executive vice president of sales and marketing in a document filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission last week. Merryweather will continue to do consulting work for Ciphergen for up to six months during which he will continue receiving his current base pay.
 

 
Agilent Technologies said this week that Rodney Gonsalves has been named director of investor relations replacing Hilliard Terry who was named vice president and treasurer in November.
 

Gonsalves was previously controller, corporate finance and customer financing in Agilent’s Global Infrastructure Organization. He received his MBA from Santa Clara University.
