CPTAC Launches MRM Assay Portal

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb) – The National Cancer Institute's Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium has launched an assay portal for multiple-reaction monitoring mass spec assays.

The portal currently contains MRM-MS assays to 456 unique peptides and 282 unique proteins along with related data and methodological information.

The portal is also intended as a space for researchers to share quantitative assays along with standard operating procedures and guidelines with the larger community.
