NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Bruker said today it has entered an exclusive partnership with German software firm Scils for informatics tools supporting MALDI mass spec imaging.

The partnership covers Scils' Scils Lab software, which enables "user-friendly statistical analysis of large MALDI imaging datasets," Bruker said in a statement. Financial and other terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
