BioAnalytics, Brighter Ideas Collaborate on Protein Assays

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – BioAnalytics Group, a Jamesburg, NJ-based systems biology services and software provider, has signed a collaborative agreement with protein assay developer Brighter Ideas.

The firms will focus on developing technologies for analyzing proteases, protease inhibitors, and their activities in mixtures, said BioAnalytics.

"Brighter Ideas is working to commercialize their fluorescent protein technologies," Scott Lett, CEO of BioAnalytics, said in a statement. "The marriage of our data analysis and software development experience with their industry-leading expertise has created a wonderful collaborative opportunity."

Financial and other terms of the collaboration were not disclosed.
