AnaSpec Inks Brazilian Distribution Deal

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – AnaSpec today said that Bioeasy Diagnostica had signed an agreement to be a non-exclusive distributor of AnaSpec's products throughout Brazil.

AnaSpec sells proteomic research products and pecializes in peptide synthesis, labeled peptides and antibodies, fluorescent dyes, enzymatic activities, and assays for basic research, high-throughput screening, and drug discovery. The firm was acquired late last year for an undisclosed sum by Eurogentec.

Terms of the agreement with Bioeasy were not disclosed.
