Amersham Biosciences last week introduced its first protein array kit, the Cy3 and Cy5 CyDye fluors for fluorescent labeling of proteins. Each CyDye kit contains two vials of mono- reactive dye, with enough total product to label 20 to 80 protein array slides. The kits will allow researchers to perform one-color sandwich assays or multiplexed differential analysis.
