Richard Taylor Joins Vermillion

Vermillion appointed Richard Taylor senior finance consultant and interim chief financial officer last month.
He takes over as interim CFO from Qun Zhou, who had held the post since Nov. 1, 2007. The consulting agreement between Taylor and Vermillion is for 90 days and may be extended upon mutual agreement.
Prior to joining Vermillion, Taylor was head of finance for US operations at Progen Pharmaceuticals. Between 2001 and February of 2008, Taylor was vice president of finance and administration at Cellgate before it was acquired by Progen.
