NEW YORK — Quanterix said after the close of the market on Tuesday that it has closed its previously announced public offering of more than 2.7 million shares of its common stock to raise gross proceeds of about $69 million.
The company offered its shares at $25.25 per share. The offering included 356,435 shares sold to its underwriters pursuant to an option to purchase additional shares. JP Morgan Securities and SVB Leerink were joint book-running managers for the offering, while Canaccord Genuity was co-manager. Perella Weinberg Partners was an independent capital markets advisor to Quanterix for the offering.
Last week, Quanterix announced its second quarter revenues grew 57 percent. It exited the quarter with $72 million in cash and cash equivalents. In June, the firm raised $49.7 million in a public offering of its common shares.
