NEW YORK — Olink Proteomics said on Tuesday that it has acquired Swedish antibody manufacturer Agrisera.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Olink offers protein biomarker discovery products and services based on its proximity extension assay technology, which uses oligonucleotide-labeled antibodies to enable multiplex protein measurement.
Uppsala-based Olink, which itself was acquired by private equity firm Summa Equity about a year ago, said that the acquisition of Agrisera would help it grow its library of protein assays and develop new products.
