Prosolia this week named Justin Wiseman president and CEO. Chairman Peter Kissinger has stepped down from his role as interim CEO, and former president Kevin Boscacci has resigned his position and left the company.

Wiseman was previously Prosolia's research director and has been involved with the company since it launched in 2004.

The board of directors also elected John Hertig as a member. Hertig is the executive director of AMIPurdue.
