NEW YORK – Liquid chromatography firm Evosep said on Tuesday that it is collaborating with Agilent Technologies on high-throughput workflows for clinical proteomics.
Odense, Denmark-based Evosep said the firms aim to develop robust methods capable of analyzing thousands of tissue and plasma proteomes.
"The Evosep One separation solution fits perfectly with the routine focused applications developed by Agilent Technologies by enabling really high-throughput sample separation for [mass spec] analyses while still being extremely easy to use for the customer," Nicolai Bache, head of application at Evosep, said in a statement.
Evosep has similar agreements with other mass spec vendors including Thermo Fisher Scientific and Bruker.
