Yourgene: Adam Reynolds, John Brown

Adam Reynolds will step down as chairman of Yourgene at the company's next annual general meeting. He will be replaced by John Brown, currently a non-executive director and senior independent director of the company. Reynolds will remain on Yourgene's board as a non-executive director.
