Waters: John Ballbach, Michael Berendt

Waters has appointed John Ballbach to its board of directors. Ballbach currently serves on the board of RPM International, a provider of specialty coatings, sealants, building materials, and related services. He is also former chairman and CEO of VWR International, a laboratory supply and distribution company; and was an independent director and former corporate officer for Valspar. 

Waters also said that Michael Berendt has retired from its board of directors. He joined the board in 1998 and has served on both the company’s audit and science & technology committees.
