SomaLogic announced that President and Chief Operating Officer Melody Harris will leave the company at the end of the month.

In a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the firm said she will receive enhanced severance of her base salary for 15 months, her annual bonus, and acceleration of all outstanding unvested stock options, conditioned upon compliance with a post-employment restrictive covenant.
