Sixth Street: Jennifer Doudna

Jennifer Doudna has become chief science advisor of investment firm Sixth Street. She is the director of the Innovative Genomics Institute and a professor of chemistry, biochemistry and molecular biology, and biomedicine and health at the University of California, Berkeley. In 2020, Doudna was awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry along with collaborator Emmanuelle Charpentier for their discovery of CRISPR gene editing.
