Sema4: Jason Ryan

Sema4 has named Jason Ryan to its board of directors. Ryan will begin serving as a board member upon closing of the firm's pending merger with special-purpose acquisition company CM Life Sciences. Ryan, a former CFO of Foundation Medicine, most recently was chief operating and financial officer of Magenta Therapeutics. He also is a current board member of Singular Genomics.
