Seer: Nicolas Roelofs

Nicolas Roelofs has been appointed to the board of directors of proteomics firm Seer. He is the chairman of Sengenics, a board member of Velsera, and an advisory board member of 908 Devices. Previously, he was president of the life sciences group at Agilent Technologies, group operations officer for the life sciences division at Bio-Rad Laboratories, and chief operating officer at Stratagene. Roelofs holds a PhD in organic chemistry from the University of Nevada, a master's degree in organic chemistry from Iowa State University, and a bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, and German from Simpson College.
