QuidelOrtho: John Chiminski, Scott Huennekens

QuidelOrtho has added John Chiminski and Scott Huennekens to its board of directors. They replace James Prutow and Robert Schmidt, who resigned from the board effective Nov. 21, 2024.

Chiminski previously served as CEO of biopharma service provider Catalent and as president and CEO of GE Medical Diagnostics. Huennekens was previously chair, president, and CEO of Verb Surgical, president and CEO at Volcano Corporation and Digirad Corporation, and also held various leadership positions at Baxter Healthcare, Birtcher Medical Systems, and Deloitte and Touche.
