Quantum-Si: Gloria Sheynkman, Benjamin Garcia, Bradley Pentelute, Denis Zaccarin
Quantum-Si has established a scientific advisory board and named Gloria Sheynkman, Benjamin Garcia, Bradley Pentelute, and Denis Zaccarin as members.
Sheynkman, who will chair the board, is an assistant professor at the University of Virginia whose research uses mass spectrometry, long-read RNA sequencing, and single-molecule protein sequencing to characterize protein proteoforms.
Garcia is a professor and head of the department of biochemistry and molecular biophysics at Washington University School of Medicine who studies protein modifications and their role in epigenetic regulation and disease.
Pentelute is a professor of chemistry and an associate member of the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT whose research explores peptide and protein synthesis, bioengineering, and molecular delivery systems.
Zaccarin is the former SVP of research and development at Pacific Biosciences and an expert in semiconductor technology and consumables development for sequencing platforms.
