Precipio: Carl Iberger, Matt Gage

Precipio said Carl Iberger is resigning as the company's CFO, effective March 21. He had been with the company for five years and wanted to spend more time with his family, the New Haven, Connecticut-based firm said. Current Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis Matt Gage has been promoted to interim CFO. He joined Precipio in July 2017 from Transgenomic and has more than 30 years of experience in company finance.
