Personalis: Karin Eastham

Personalis has appointed Karin Eastham as its new board chair effective as of the firm's annual meeting of stockholders on May 17, 2022. Eastham replaces current chair Jonathan Macquitty, who decided not to stand for reelection. She joined the Personalis board in 2019 and has chaired both its audit and nominating and corporate governance committees. Prior to that she served on Illumina's board, from 2004 to 2019. Since 2012, Eastham has also served on the board of Veracyte.

Also effective as of the company's annual meeting, the Personalis board has appointed Olivia Bloom to serve as chair of the audit committee and Blaine Bowman to serve as chair of the compensation committee. Eastham will continue to serve as chair of the nominating and corporate governance committee.
