OraSure has announced the retirement of Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary Jack Jerrett, effective as of Dec. 31. Jerrett has been with OraSure for 21 years. 

Agnieszka Gallagher, who most recently served as the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at RNAi therapeutics firm Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, has been hired fill Jerrett's roles as the new General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary. 

Gallagher previously held positions at ViiV Healthcare, GSK Vaccines, as well as at Novartis company Sandoz, Medtronic, and Pfizer.
