Li Yu has resigned as VP, controller, and principal accounting officer of Oncocyte, the company said in a document filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Yu was appointed to the positions in May 2021. Oncocyte said she is leaving to pursue other opportunities and she and the firm had no disagreements regarding Oncocyte's operations, policies, or practices.
