OncoCyte has appointed James Liu the firm's controller and principal accounting officer, effective Sept. 20. He was previously OncoCyte's manager of Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance. Since July 2022, he was the company's interim controller. Between November 2020 and July 2021, Liu was the accounting manager of Acacia Research.
