MyHealthChecked: Nick Edwards, Lesley Innes, Laura Moore

Home-based testing firm MyHealthChecked has appointed Nick Edwards its CFO. He will be in the position part time until no later than September when he will take up the post on a full-time basis. Edwards joins the UK company from Viscose Closures, where he was the finance director.

Also, MyHealthChecked said that Lesley Innes has joined the company's board as a non-executive director, chair of the audit committee and company secretary, effective immediately. She has experience as a chartered accountant and was finance director at software firm Invigia. Laura Moore has left the MyHealthChecked's board, effective immediately, the firm said.

MyHealthChecked, part of Concepta Diagnostics, provides PCR-based COVID-19 testing.
