German molecular diagnostics firm Molzym has formed a supervisory board headed by Veronika Clarici-Fanfule, who will serve as its chairwoman. Also on the board are Kerstin Waterloh, George Lautscham, Gerhard Ries, and Vladimir Soha.

Clarici-Fanfule is head of direct investments at Flick Family Office, according to her LinkedIn profile, while Waterloh founded management consulting firm Waterloh Consulting. Lautscham is a consultant with GBL Consultancy and Ries is CEO of Kineo Finance. No information was available on Soha.
