Invitae: Robert Werner

Robert F. Werner resigned as the chief accounting officer and principal accounting officer of Inviate to pursue a new opportunity, effective May 19. In an 8-K filing, Invitae stated that Werner’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the company on any matter related to Invitae’s operations, policies or procedures.
