Illumina: Carissa Rollins

Illumina has appointed Carissa Rollins as chief information officer. She will report to CEO Francis deSouza. Rollins comes to Illumina from UnitedHealthcare, where she was CIO. There, she was responsible for strategy and technology investments. Prior to UnitedHealthcare, she held executive and leadership roles at Gander Mountain, Kohl's, Manpower Global, and Miller-Coors. Rollins holds an MBA from Marquette University. She is board chair of the Minneapolis YWCA and also serves on the Grand Canyon Conservancy board and T-Mobile's advisory board.
