Hologic: Stacey Stewart

Hologic has appointed Stacey Stewart to its board of directors and audit and finance committee, effective Jan. 2, 2023. She plans to step down as president and CEO of March of Dimes, which she has led since November 2016. She previously held executive positions at Community Impact Leadership and United Way Worldwide. Hologic said Stewart's leadership and finance experience deepens the board's expertise, and she brings knowledge and perspective on healthcare, policy, and health equity.
