Genomics PLC: Simon Dingemans

Genomics PLC has appointed Simon Dingemans chair of its board. He replaces outgoing Chair Dave Norwood, who remains on the company's board. Dinegans, a former CFO of the drug company now known as GSK, is a senior advisor to the Carlyle Group, a private equity firm.
