Fulgent Genetics: John Bolger

John Bolger has resigned from the board of directors at Fulgent Genetics. Effective as of September 24, 2022, Fulgent said Bolger's decision to resign was not due to any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company's operations, policies, or practices. Bolger served as chair of the board's audit committee and was also a member of the compensation committee and the nominating and corporate governance committee.
