Dotmatics has hired Larry Samuelson as chief legal officer and Neil Frye as chief people officer. Samuelson joins the company after nearly nine years as senior VP, general counsel, and corporate secretary of Cvent, an event technology firm he helped take public twice. Frye is former chief people officer of technology-centric pharmacy startup Alto Pharmacy and previously was in charge of global recruiting and human resources operations and technology at Dropbox.
