DNA Script: Don Kania, Catherine Moukheibir, Bonnie Anderson

DNA Script has appointed Don Kania as chairman of its board of directors, Catherine Moukheibir as audit chair, and Bonnie Anderson as independent director.

Kania is an advisor to several startups and the former CEO of FEI Company. Moukheibir was most recently the CEO and chair of MedDay Pharmaceuticals. Anderson served as CEO and board chairman of Veracyte until June of this year, when she became executive chairwoman.
