Danaher: Christopher Bouda

Christopher Bouda will replace Robert Lutz as chief accounting officer of Danaher, effective Jan. 1, 2022. Bouda is currently VP of finance at Danaher. Lutz, who has been with the company since 2002, will stay on part-time until he retires in the fourth quarter of 2022. He has been SVP and chief accounting officer for Danaher since 2010.

Bouda has been in his current role since 2016, when he joined the company. He previously spent 12 years at General Electric and has worked at accounting firms Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Andersen.
