Clear Labs: Edward Fan

Clear Labs has appointed Edward Fan as CFO.

Fan comes to the pathogen surveillance firm from JP Morgan, where he advised life science tools and diagnostic firms on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial activities as part of the healthcare investment banking team. He also served as a VP at financial services firm Lazard.
