She is currently managing partner of advisory and consulting firm Azimuth Partners and has been on more than 20 public and private boards. Gambale has also held senior management positions, including CIO and managing director at Merrill Lynch, Bankers Trust, Deutsche Bank, and Marsh McLennan.
