AnPac Bio-Medical Science: Aidong Chen, Chris Yu, Sheng Liu, Chao Feng

Aidong Chen has joined AnPac Bio-Medical Science, a cancer screening and detection company with operations in the US and China, as CEO and chair of the board of directors. He replaces Chris Yu, Anpac's founder, who will retain a senior management role to focus on the company's growing China business. Chen is a practicing physician and researcher who has been affiliated with several hospitals, including Yijishan Hospital and Nanjing Medical University.

In addition, Sheng "Dorothy" Liu is joining AnPac's board of directors, replacing Chao Feng. Liu is the CEO of Zhongjintai Venture Capital, a VC firm in Shenzhen. She will be an independent director and join the compensation committee, as well as serve as chairperson of the nominating committee.
