All of Us Research Program: Sara Van Driest

Sara Van Driest has been appointed as the first director of pediatrics for the National Institutes of Health's All of Us Research Program. In her new role, which she will assume in late October, Van Driest will prepare and support the future enrollment of pediatric and adolescent participants in the program, which is currently only open to adults. Prior to joining All of Us, Van Driest was an associate professor of pediatrics and medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she was also co-director of VUMC's Center for Pediatric Precision Medicine and the Genomics and Therapeutics Clinic. She holds MD and PhD degrees from the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine.
