4basebio: Amy Walker, Bertrand Coissac, Lawrence Pitcher, Deborah Barbara

Amy Walker has been promoted to chief operating officer of 4basebio and has joined the company's board of directors. Since 2020, she has been the UK synthetic biology firm's VP of research and business development. Walker holds a PhD from the University College London Institute of Child Health. In addition, 4basebio has appointed three experts to its strategic advisory board: Bertrand Coissac, CEO of Twogene; Lawrence Pitcher, VP at Catalent Pharma Solutions; and Deborah Barbara, former VP of Maravai Life Sciences.
