George Asimenos, Fan Fan

DNAnexus has appointed George Asimenos chief technology officer and Fan Fan vice president of product management. Asimenos has been with DNAnexus since its inception and most recently served as vice president of strategic projects. Prior to DNAnexus, he conducted research at Stanford University and National Technical University of Athens in comparative metagenomics, silicon compilers for reconfigurable hardware, and elliptic curve cryptanalysis. Fan joins DNAnexus from Adobe, where she served as principal of product management. Prior to Adobe, she led product management at Model N.


Ken Tarkoff

Syapse has appointed Ken Tarkoff as its CEO. Tarkoff was chief operating officer for RelayHealth and served as senior vice president and general manager of the firm after it was acquired by McKesson. Before his time at RelayHealth, Tarkoff served as director of supplier services at Xign Corporation. He has also served as vice president of product management at Questium and vice president of regional operations at Vivra Specialty Partners.


Brandi Davis-Dusenbery

Seven Bridges has promoted Brandi Davis-Dusenbery to CEO. She succeeds Co-founder Deniz Kural, who is assuming the role of executive chairman of the board of directors. Davis-Dusenbery was the former senior vice president of science and product for Seven Bridges. Prior to Seven Bridges, she worked as a fellow at Harvard University's Department of Stem Cell and Regenerative Biology.
