NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Enzo Biochem's shareholders have re-elected Barry Weiner and Bernard Kasten to continue serving on its board of directors for three-year terms, the company said in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission this week.

Weiner is the company’s president, CFO, and principal accounting officer.


Lumora said this week that it has appointed Hayden Jeffreys to its board of directors.
