Promega Signs on MyBio as Distributor in Ireland

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Promega announced today MyBio will be its distributor in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Kilkenny, Ireland-based MyBio provides life science chemistries to the Irish market and will begin distributing Promega's products beginning July 9. Customers purchasing Promega products through MyBio will be able to access Promega's technical scientific support services, Promega said.

"Establishing a dedicated partner in Ireland will ensure customers in the region have easier, faster access to our market leading products with online, on call, on-site support," Derek McCall, managing director for Promega UK, said in a statement.

Financial and other terms of the deal were not disclosed.
